I had great expectations about the new company that I was going to join this day. I had heard a lot about MindTree as the Best midsize company and was aspiring for a long term career with it.
As expected, first day was mostly about the company's history, mission and values. What interested me was its logo. I was astonished when I heard this logo was created by a spastic child. That gave me enough confidence about my future prospects in this company. If the founders of this company believe in the creativity of a cerebral palsy affected child, then I have every reason to cheer upon my future as an employee of this organization.
On day one itself I was assured about future prospects in this great organization.
